Evening everyone!  I have added a free pattern for the pictured Granny Square. I call it Hidden Snowflake. You can find it on this website, hover over pattern drop down to free patterns and it is the first one! I hope you enjoy! <3 Crochet Hugs xoxoxoxo  Colleen

Happy Wednesday Everyone! I hope you are having a lovely week!  I have had the pleasure of crocheting preemie blankets, a graphghan, and teddy bears for a project through our new charity group! Please if you'd like to give back, join us !  You can find our group on facebook at For The Love Of Crochet, Friendship, And Charity  our group is set up to serve needs through charity events and to build friendship amongst ourselves. We have completed a "Zoo in the NICU" project where members donated animal themed hats and booties to the Preemie Project.  We are working on providing items for 50 Angel Memory Boxes at the moment and our friendship project is a 12 x 12 Granny Square Blanket - each member provides 35 12x12 squares and we each swap our squares, keeping one of ours and then we have a nice blanket made up of squares from our friends.

I've added 3 new crochet graphs!  I hope you will find them as fun as I do!  If you want something graphed, let me know I take custom orders. The Angel Boy is added in color and black and white. The crochet skull is so fun! I hope you will enjoy!
WOW!!!  I can't believe I haven't posted a blog post since February!  Lots of things have happened and been going on since then!  The most important of all has to be the birth of my beautiful granddaughter, Jeannine Rose. I have been blessed that her parents and her have "mostly" been staying with us, all but about a month. I get to see her change every minute of every day. I get to help with rocking her, changing her, feeding her, all that good stuff!
As far as Tricity Hoke's Creations goes we have had lots of new crochet patterns that are top notch and very easy and fast to work up!  Lot's of dresses and clothing, I can't imagine where that inspiration came from ;)

I would like to introduce our new line of crochet graphs. These are fun graphs and are available for purchase right here on our website.

I hope you all are enjoying your summer, I can't believe it is almost August. What is on your hook?

Crochet Hugs xoxoxo,

The Hoke family is officially on baby watch, as the impending date grows closer for the arrival of my granddaughter my mind is raising with infant designs. I could design a zillion little girl outfits and crocheted items. Don't fret, I do have a basic unisex pant in the works....but I must confess I do have an awfully ruffly tunic ( or dress ) and capri ( or shorts/pant) set in testing right now. I can't wait to release, but there are lots of sizes and options so we are taking our time and testing as much as possible! We want a nice polished pattern after all!

St. Patrick's Day will soon be here and just two weeks later Easter will be upon us, this spring will fly by just as fast as these first two months have. I must confess I am ready for the warmer spring weather, the renewing of mother nature's beauty!

If your interested in a CUTE free crochet pattern for St. Patrick's Day, check out this you tube video, it's so cute!!!  http://youtube.com/naztazia
I think I may just have to make myself one :)  If you know of a super cute St. Patrick's Day pattern that's free, please comment and leave a link!

Hi everyone! I wanted to take a moment and share with you some exciting news. I have released our second, third, fourth, and fifth new crochet designs for 2013! My 2013 collection already includes a Pom Pom Hat, a Photography Prop Teddy Bear Cape, a Skirt, Headband, and Legwarmer Set, and a Granny Square that is a STAR, yes that’s right and what’s better you can use it as a star granny or it can easily and quickly be made into a king size star throw!

I hope you will take this opportunity to follow me on my journey this year. I plan to design lots of new crochet designs. I have two more designs in the works now. I guess you can say I have new inspiration in my life, you see my oldest daughter is due to have my first grandchild in March. I can’t wait for her to be born and for me to hold her in my arms. I definitely have baby fever.

I also hope to expand my hand-dyed and spun yarn. I just love spinning my own yarn on my spinning wheel, it’s so relaxing and such a wonderful feeling to get in “touch” with nature. The fiber takes on a life of it’s own.

To purchase a copy of my new patterns please visit my craftsy pattern store at http://www.craftsy.com/user/579040/pattern-store , there are free patterns and lots of other paid patterns to check out there as well.

All of my patterns are tested, however we do miss things, if you have find an error or have any questions, please contact me at tricityhokescreations@gmail.com.
